Payments
All payments must be received and cleared before goods are sent. Hip Babes accepts direct deposit, paypal, money order and bank cheque. Credit card purchases can be made through Paypal, all you need to do is create a Paypal account for a secure method of payment. Payment must be received with 7 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled and goods relisted.

Returns/Refunds
Hip Babes will exchange/refund only if your purchase is damaged and as long as the item is clean, unworn and unwashed. Damaged purchases must be returned to Hip Babes within 14 days of customer receiving them.

Shipping - Australia
All items are sent via standard Australia post (Hip Babes charges a flat rate of $6.00 per parcel). If you want the items to be shipped by Express Post, please email deb@hipbabes.com.au and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the postage. Once payment has been received and cleared, goods will be posted within 48 hours.

Shipping - International
Unfortunately our shopping cart doesn't allow for international shipping yet. However, if you would like to have your item/s shipped outside of Australia, please email deb@hipbabes.com.au and we will send you a Paypal invoice for the item.
